If you would like the materials delivered to a residential job site, our staff can arrange a curb-side delivery with a third-party shipping company on your behalf. The materials will be shipped directly from our warehouse to your address, typically on a truck with a 3to 5feet trailer. Such a truck is equipped with a power liftgate to lower the materials from the trailer to your driveway. You will be expected to move your materials inside once the order is dropped.
A flat-paved area, large enough to accommodate the truck and to operate the liftgate, is necessary for this option. We highly recommend you to have helpers with you in order to bring the goods inside, since the driver is not expected to do so by his employer.

In some cases, you may wish to pick up your order yourself, directly from our warehouse. There is no extra charge applied to your order if you choose this option. Obviously, you will need to provide a vehicle with a carrying capacity appropriate to your order. You are responsible for abiding by all road weight restrictions. Please contact our customer service for any questions about your orders weight or vehicle carrying capacity.
If your job site is located too far from our warehouse, and delivery is not a practical option for you, you can opt to pick up your order from the terminal of one of the several freight companies we associate with. Usually, the carrier will contact you by phone to let you know your order is ready to be picked up. You must show valid ID, such as a drivers license, and you license plate number will be noted down by the freight companys employees for their records. As above, you must provide a vehicle with a carrying capacity appropriate to the weight of your materials, and you are responsible for abiding by all road weight restrictions. All shipping fees are based on your location and the weight of your order, as quoted by one of the third-party freight companies we partner with. Casa Reno Direct is in constant contact with several shipping companies across the country, and strives to offer you the most competitive rates in your area. In most cases, you should expect delivery of your order to be completed within 6 to 8 business days. All deliveries are made between 9h0am and 5h0pm, Monday to Friday. The freighter will call you and either let you know that your order is ready if you chose to pick up at their terminal, or book an appointment with you if you chose a direct delivery to your job site. Make sure to respect the appointment timeyou will incur additional fees if a redelivery is required. In case of pick ups at the freight terminal, you must pick up your order within two business days.
Whether you choose a residential site delivery or a pick up at a freight terminal, tracking your order online is very easy. When your order is processed, we will provide you with the name and phone number of the freight company, your orders tracking number, and a link to the carriers website where you can track the progress of your delivery.

Once your order is delivered, you need to sign the waybill to confirm the reception of your materials. Signing the waybill signifies your acceptance of the delivery as is. Before you do so, we strongly advise to inspect your order thoroughly for damaged or missing items. If you need to take pictures or note down problems with your order, please do so at this point. Communicate any issues with your order to Casa Reno Direct so we can assist you with the claims process. Any problems should be marked down on the waybill before signing.
